If one wants to live longer, S/he’d better eat more of the three black foods and less of the three white.

If you want to live longer and more healthily,you’d better constrain yourself from the unreasonable food and eat more nutritious food. A good way of keeping healthy is eating less food of “the three white” but eating more of the “three black”.

 “The three white” foods---salt, suger and fat

Taking too much salt can not only lead to increasing blood pressure and hardening arteries but increase the burden of the kidneys. Generally speaking, the proper daily intake of salt should be about 6 grams. Although  sugar is the essential to human body, but too much sugar causes high blood pressure, obesity and some kind of liver damage and so on.

When cooking,you can use the way of sprinkling soup on the food,thickening the food with starch or dipping the food in the soup after it is done, thus, you can put the sweet and salty flavor on the surface of the food easily, thereby satisfying your desire but taking in less sugar and salt. Animal fat always exacerbate angiosclerosis and increase cholesterol. However, we need take in some fat,but we can not eat too much. The total daily consumption of oil and fat should be 25 grams -30 grams with the appropriate ratio of 10:7 (plant oil to animal fat).

"Three black" - mushrooms, black fungus, black rice
Mushrooms , especially lentinula edodes, can prevent cancer, dissolve cholesterol, lower blood lipids and serum cholesterol, and prevent osteoporosis.  The dish “black with green”---stir-fried lentimula edodes with green napus is strongly recommended.  Black fungus (or blace tree ear) is a natural anticoagulant, it has the function to replenish  blood, activate  blood, prevent and treat coronary heart disease and arteriosclerosis , but it is recommended to eat about 2 times a week.
