How to resist the fall fatigue? To get rid of it with these three kinds of porridge

  We always feel sleepy in spring, tired in autumn,and exsausted in summer. Even though we have a good sleep all night, why do we always tend to feel sleepier?

  The truth is that those who feel tired in autumn are largely because they take too much cool and raw food in the preceding summer, so that the function of the spleen and stomach is damaged. Additionally, the damp-hotness in body is another major reason.

 To test if you are of fall tiredness:

1. you don’t want to wake up from a dream, but want to be stuck with bed like paste;or/and

2.you cann’t cheer up long after you get up,bleary eyed and acting slow;or/and

3. You begin the work, but you always feel physically tired and do not want to act or speak; or/and

4.you lose your temper more  frequently, and are always not quite happy; or/and

5.afer lunch,you feel severe drowsy and feel difficult to lift your head; or/and

6.you find your troat, mouth and nose dry, your ability to think seems to decrease, and sometimes you have a bit headache.

  If you can find yourself in two or more situations described above, you must get the autumn tiredness.

  Then, how solve the problem? And how to prevent the autumn fatigue?

1.Sleep:you must ensure that you have enough sleep, you can have a proper nap after lunch;

2. Diet:don’t take oily food, don’t eat cold and raw food, take more light food; the food and herb food, which helps to optimize the function of spleen and stomach,are highly recommended, such as Barley, soybeans, rugosa, Perrin and so on, 

3. sports:you ‘d better do exercise in the morning or in the evening,for propriate exercise can help make up your energy and overcome the uncomfortableness during season changing.

4. Plants: you should place some green plants in your bedroom so that they can produce more oxgen to ease your fatigue, such as citrus, spider plants, zebra leaf, asparagus, scindapsus aureus, ect.

  Some Chinese traditional herb congee can help you ease the autumn fatigue.

1, lotus leaf porridge
Cooking Method: this porridge is cooked with casserole as cooker, with lotus leaf as the lid, but the water does not touch the leaves.Cook the porridge till the lotus leaf falls down, and change a new leaf until the porride is done.
Efficacy: lotus leaf is neutral in nature, neither cold nor dry, with a bitter taste. It works like a decent lady as a herb, moistening things silently, without overdoing effect from the front, therefore there is no danger of damaging health.
It does not rely on the cold to drive the heat from our body, but with bitterness being introduced into our heart, thereby, calming down the fire in our heart. Heart is the home of blood, so when the fire in our heart is calmed, blood heat withers away gradually.
Meanwhile,a lotus leaf does not depend on reinforcement to nourish the spleen and stomach, but introduce astringent into the liver, thereby, sending up lucid yang. As a result, the problems with spleen and the stomach are solved, and the stomach function naturally improve.1、荷叶粥

2、Shenqi Porridge (with astragalus and codonopsis pilosula)

Ingredients: 15 grams of astragalus, 15 grams of codonopsis pilosula, 60 grams of fried barley, 15 grams of fried lentils, 2 dates, 100 grams of rice.
Cooking method: first stir-fry the barley, lentils until they are of light yellow, and remove the cores of the red dates. Wash the Astragalus, Codonopsis with water and put them into the casserole, then add water in the casserole and decoct juice.
After the decoction is ready, remove the the dregs, then put the fried barley, fried lentils, red dates, and rice together into the decoction and boil them together withslow fire until the porridge is done .
Effect: This porridge can better the spleen and drive damp from the body, it is especially good to those who sense fatigue and tiredness and have loose stools.

3, Jujube and glutinous rice porridge

  Ingredients: 400 grams of yam, 500 grams of Yiyiren, 100 grams of water chestnut powder, 50 grams of jujubes, 2500 grams of glutinous rice, 250 grams of sugar.
Method: Wash the Yiyiren, make the yam into powder. Put the Yiyiren, the rice and the jujubes into a porridge pot, then cook until Yiyiren is like popcorns and the rice is well-done, now  scatter the yam powder into the pot, while stirring the content in the pot. 20 minutes later, scatter the water chestnut powder into the pot, stiring, then stop heating, and put porridge into bowls, and add 25 grams of sugar to each sharing. Eat a sharing every time, and eat 2 to 3 times a day, while it is warm.

  Effect: replenishing the Qi, improving the spleen quality and dehumidifying. It is especially good to those who have stomach problems, with poor appetite and loose stools,and always feel fatigued.
