On September 1st , accompanied by the the chief livestock engineer, Yao Jiguang, and the Vice  mayor, Cao Huibin, the director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Guan Jianxun, led his

　　group to Lingqiu and Guangling to make a deep investigation into the key work of agriculture andruralarea.                                                                                           　　In the County of Lingqiu, the group of experts and Mr.Guan visited the Jianong Livestock Company in the Town of Donghenan, and the Shanxi Daye Bio-material Co., Ltd and Chehe Organic Community in Hongshileng town. And in the county of Guangling, they visited the Dongfangwuhua Agricultral Technology Company, the Qiaobao Bio-technology Company, Jinpu Bio-technology Company and Beiye Fungus Industry Company and other major agricultural companies and showing parks. And they heard the work-related debriefing.

　　Mr.Guan highly praised the developing pattern of the Lingqiu County, saying that creative development of the agriculture and the rural area is distinctive and eco-friendly, and helps imoprove the local culture. After visiting the companies in Guangling County, he demostrated his favor in the agricultural devloping strategy of the county to deepen the innovation of the agricultural structure, develop green agriculture and take a way of developing and transforming the agriculture that suits for the poor county. He pointed out that the devolopment should be focused on the industrial improvement and the increase of farmers' income and adhere to both construction and management, expand the scale of planting bases and put further forward the work to creat and construct the organic crop bases, and pay close attention to improve the level of management, enhance the quality of the bases; he said that it is necessary to foster the growth of leading enterprises, to select a group of enterprises with good growth prospects according to the corresponding industry ,thereby enhancing the ability to drive industrial development; that it is imperative to enhance the brand image of the product to improve brand reputation, to promote the industrial development with the brands and to ensure that farmers' income grow steadily. He also advocated that the two counties should continue to rely on the coarse grains, edible fungus and other agricultural resources to strengthen further the agricultural brands, to achieve new breakthroughs in improving the degree of organizating agriculture and the level of science and technology and so on, so that the agriculture with obvious characteristics can serve the increase of farmers’ income, and become the strong brace to tackle poverty.
